What is your class cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within this timeframe, you can reschedule or receive a credit for a future class. Please note that no-shows will not be refunded.

Do you offer membership packages?

Yes, we offer both physical and digital gift cards in various amounts. Physical gift cards can be purchased in-studio or online and shipped to the recipient, while digital gift cards are sent instantly via email. Both types can be used for class packages and merchandise.

Can I request a class that's fully booked?

Absolutely! If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through our website or by visiting the studio. We'll notify you once a spot opens up, and you can choose to attend in-person or join virtually. Waitlist notifications typically occur 1-2 hours before class starts, depending on availability.
